Description:

With the motto, "Education is Our Freedom and Freedom should be Everybody's Business", the G.I. forum was beneficial to Mexican Americans. This forum helped create equality for Mexican Americans by granting them more civil rights and rights for Veterans. Before this forum Mexican American veterans were separated from other veteran groups, but after this forum, this topic of concern was addressed and change was in the process.
