1 janv. 1973 - First Ever Use of CGI

Description:

in 1973 f film called Westworld was released. In it were Cyborgs that could only see heat. The director really wanted to represent that visually. So they did and he scanned film into a computer. The editors then divided the image in to larger squares and changed the colors. This gave the Illusion that what the audience was seeing was actually what the cyborg would be seeing. THis was a very simple beginning for CGI but it had a massive effect on the film Industry. In today's films people still use CGI but now they can create detailed worlds and creatures and even bring actors back from the dead.
