27 sept. 1938 - Poland ultimatum

Description:

As Hitler was pushing towards an invasion on Czechoslovakia with the aid of his Nazi troops, Poland offered to help through an ultimatum. That ultimatum stated that Czechoslovakia would hand over its Tesin district, or Poland would go to war to them. With threats piling onto Czechoslovakia, they obliged, and Poland received a chunk of the nation. This would fall into the political category as the ultimatum offered from Poland to Czechoslovakia is considered a political matter. From this ultimatum Czechoslovakia lost 625 square miles along with a population of 230,000 people, (which could also be considered a domestic matter due to the loss of the population).
