Description:

the Bailey v Patterson case was a case brought to the court because there was a claim that the segregation of interstate facilities was unconstitutional based off of the 14th amendment. the court ruled in favor of the claim. the court decision was that the segregation of buses, trains, planes, and other forms of public transportation was unconstitutional and had to be desegregated. as well as that the laws concerning segregation were unconstitutional.
