It is divided into two sections. Each stone pecked with tools so that it would fit the others. Many of the stones had multiple sides, up to 12. Concave and convex to allow for movement.
Qorikancha (Inka main temple), known as the “Golden House.” Is the most sacred shrine, dedicated to the worship of the sun. Here, wall stones were cut into rectangular shapes and covered in gold. After the conquest, it was turned into a Christian holy space, Santo Domingo.
