Description:
This was the result of the Notopian Revolution , that were sparked after the Havoc war disaster and the tyranny of Veneno towards old notopia members . This action was suggested to Carder by other Notopia members and OG's but most particularly Vincenzo , who was framed again by Veneno for no good motive exept personal gain .
