The U.A. Hero Academy (Yuuei) is officially founded in Musutafu, Japan, backed by the Hero Regulation Bureau and Japan’s Ministry of Education. Originally a small program with just 3 departments, it quickly becomes the global model for hero education.-First students are primarily government-sponsored.
-Curriculum focuses heavily on ethics, law, combat training, and Quirk control.
