Description:

Land still owned by the peasant, but needed to be managed centrally. An APC was a collection of 3-5 Mutual Aid Teams. APCs also created a demand for machinery which boosted industry as well as allowing much greater production of food in the countryside.

However there was some peasant resistance, where richer peasants burned their crops and killed their animals.
