Description:
John Brown, an abolitionist, who previously killed people at Pottawatomie Creek, attacked a federal arsenal to try and cause a slave uprising. General Robert E Lee put this attack down and Brown was hanged. He became a symbol for the free cause.Ajouté au bande de temps:
