Description:

Negotiated the end of the Vietnam War and ended with the signing of the Paris Peace Accords. The goal was to end the conflict and bring peace in Vietnam. They resulted in US withdrawal, a ceasefire between North and South, release of prisoners of war and self determination for the South. The agreement ended US involvement but fighting did continue until the fall of Saigon and unification under communist control.
