"I must have been twelve at the time. I was sitting on the couch right across from Roy. He was a couple years younger than me. I was on the couch that sat against the main wall, so I wasn't able to look out the window. I remember I was showing him this toy truck I had. And for a second, he glanced past me, out the window. It took him right then and there. My mom was in the kitchen when it happened. She screamed."
