Description:
Diocletian made forts along the frontiers. He also split the empire into 2 parts, East and West. He had himself and some else to be emperor for both sides. Both sides had duty emperors. The employs and duty emperors were responsible for the administration of four different regions. This reform all had a line of success but declines shortly after Diocletian’s death. He tried to save the economy by maximum prices for wages and goods. Diocletians reform isn’t succeed and people ignored his rules and he was not a strong emperor to enforce this.
