Anti-Ballistic Missile (ABM) Treaty: ABMs allowed in only two sites in each country, limited to 100 missiles each

Interim Treaty: Placed restrictions on ICBMs and SLBMs each country could have. USSR allowed more than US because US had found a way to attach multiple warheads onto each missile.

Basic Principles Agreement: Laid down principles for nuclear weapons. Banned placing nuclear warheads on the seabed. Steps set out to avoid nuclear war 'to make every effort to avoid this risk'
