又称孔甲乱夏，指的是夏朝孔甲在位期间，肆意淫乱，沉湎于歌舞美酒之中（传说他是一种叫做“东音”的乐调的创始人），又笃信鬼神。
使得各部落首领纷纷叛离，夏朝国势更衰落，逐渐走向崩溃。所以《国语·周语下》说：“孔甲乱夏，四世而陨。”
