The dream time was an oral storytelling indigenous Australian tradition which still holds significands today. Thought to have begun 65,000 years ago, we are unaware of the exact date. The dream time was a form of storytelling that is based on Aboriginal mythology. Examples of dream time stories include The Rainbow Serpent and Tiddalik the Frog.
