Description:

On November 28th, shortly after Ebola Zaire was identified, Colonel Clarence J. Peters informed his chain of command of the ongoing incident. A biocontainment procedure was decided as the only realistic course of action. The Reston Monkey House was located in Fairfax County, and county and state officials were notified of the incident and the Army's involvement.
