1. Revenue Act
- import tax on lead, glass, paint and tea
- money would go to the salary of the governor

2. Comissioners of Customs Act
- new legislative board
- new government officials made to enforce tax

3. Suspending Act
- veto NY assembly law until NY obeyed quartering act

- AMERICAN PROTESTS
