Description:
As the Iron Curtain began to crumble with Chairman Gorbachev' s relaxed rule, and the US's willingness to restore peace the cold war began to end. In the end however the Malta Summit ended with a 80% decrease in nuclear weapons and a major decrease in other weapons.
