east berlin told their people that there will be a change between his city's relations with the west side of Berlin and they weren't happy with it so they started to riot and drinking beer and champagne and yelling Open the gate! At midnight 2 million people from East Berlin visited West Berlin that weekend to celebrate and they all had hammers and picks to chip away the wall journalist wrote, “the greatest street party in the history of the world.” and then crans started to pull away section by section the the west and east were together
