Description:
In 1954 the CIA took actions in Guatemala when the leader Jacobo Arbenz Guzman gave over 200,000 acres of AMerican owned land to peasants. Jacobo Arbenz Guzman had communist sympathies. In response the CIA trained an army and invaded Guatemala and captured him and his army. After this Carlos Castillo Armas became dictator.
