may 3, 1765 - quartering acts
The quartering acts outlined the areas and conditions in which British soldiers were to find room and board in the American colonies homes. They mandated that the colonists house British soldiers in barracks provided by the colonies. this means I will have a soilder unkown to me living in my house. Defeat for Colonists!
