Description:
After walking for a very long time Amari is thrown into a cage. In that cage she is with many other women. In there she meets a women named Afi. Afi helps motivate Amari to keep on living. Once her captors decide she has been waiting long enough she is shown the beautiful ocean and a boat. The sunlight is like a luxury to all the slaves who have been in the dark for a long time. The ocean is a light blue, many slaves can't even believe their eyes. All of the slaves go on this boat to america.
