jan 14, 1943 - Casablanca Conference
It was a conference between Roosevelt and the British Prime Minister.They focused on talking about allied military strategies against the Axis powers over the course of the upcoming year. The ended up deciding to go against Germany in hopes of drawing German forces away from the Eastern Front. They also wanted to increase shipments of supplies to the Soviet Union. Along with this plan, they agreed they needed to work on bombing strategies in Germany.
