Description:
Germans launched an attack that pushed the allies back, creating a 60 mile “bulge” in the center of their lines. Despite lack of gear and ammunition, US troops held their lines along with the allies enough to eliminate Germany’s ability to launch any more attacks. This was another important advance against Germany by the Allies.
