Description:
Sir Alexander Fleming was studying the growth of different types of mold, when he noticed something peculiar about the one dish. All the bacteria that came in contact with the mold was gone, and so was the surrounding bacteria. Fleming soon set to work making it a medicine, which he later named Penicillin.
