Partner with surrounding churches if interested in order to combine efforts and delegate areas of responsibility to maximize our efforts during a disaster response. These could include ongoing trainings and meetings with these churches. Each church can be delegated an area of responsibility- or the different churches can act as a satellite of our efforts. On going communication and planning can develop these strategies by developing an organization and areas of responsibility so as not to duplicate efforts, to lessen confusion and to smoothly respond to a disaster.
