Description:
Lenin was the founder of the political party the Bolsheviks. Lenin mainly adopted the ideas of Karl Marx and proceeded to adapt them to the conditions of Russia. He promised people “Land, peace, and bread” and launched an army to overthrow the provisional government, which then quickly goes away. The founder of the Bolsheviks is also known for using Cheka, secret soviet police, to overthrow his enemies. Lenin has been arrested and exiled to Siberia and Switzerland. While out of the country he was still involved in the February Revolution that took place. Lenin did return in April 1917 and created more dispute.
