Description:
Czar was an Emperor of Russia and he ruled with absolute power. He ruled based on the three pillars of russian absolutism. On Bloody Sunday the pretester were marching towards Czar’s Winter Palace and he is the one who released the troops on them. The first Duma that was assembled in 1906 was quickly shut down by Czar. Czar’s family and himself were put under house arrest and taken as prisoners.
