Description:
The act regulate Import of guns, as well as expanding the record keeping requirements of those selling guns, and places specific limitations on the sale of handguns. The list of people banned from buying guns was expanded to: people convicted of any and all non-business related felony, persons found to be mentally incompetent, and users of illegal drugs.
