Description:
Lands in Wales and marches along the Cardinganshire Coast - with support from Charles VIII. He won over Rhys ap Thomas - most influential landowner in Wales, gaining 800 men. In North Wales he was joined by William ap Gruffydd, gaining 500 men. He reached Shrewsbury on 15th August with around 5000 men. Gilbert Talbot gave him 500 men, a powerful man.
