Description:

King Leonidas leads an expeditionary force of three-hundred Spartans and some (roughly and varying estimates) 7,000 auxiliaries from various other states, to meet a Persian invasion force far outnumbering their own led by Xerxes. The battle lasting a couple of days results inflicts remarkable losses upon the Persians and ultimetly the death of Leonides and his men.
