Description:
On December 18, 1991 Bill Harcus, Theron Skryba, and Joseph Lockhart were charged with inciting hatred against Blacks and other minorities along with a charge of advocating genocide. The pair retained Douglas Christie to represent them. On September 8, 1992 the charges against them were stayed on the grounds that a police informant based her testimony on wiretaps instead of memory.
