Description:
Abraham Lincon devised a plan to contain the south. The plan would include a blockade of ships surrounding the coastline of the south. The union, knowing how precious Galveston was, attacked and claimed Galveston, however, the union was not able to claim it for long. Texas soldiers would later attack the union effectively giving them Galveston back.
