Description:
(May 27 - Sep. 17). For four months, 55 delegates would get together in Philadelphia to frame a Constitution. The need for departments in the government was evident when this came around. The Constitution was ratified in 1789 and the "hundred day debate" would end after trying to decide on how America should be governed, plans to revise the existing Articles of Confederation.
