Description:
The 13th amendment is passed, outlawing slavery in the United States of America. All former and current slaves, are free men/women and can now own homes and live a life. Confederate congress passes the "Negro Soldier Bill," which allowed African-Americans to enlist in the army, at the recommendation of General Lee.
