Martin Luther King Jr was born on January 15th, 1929 and was assassinated at the young age of 39 on April 4th, 1968. Martin Luther King Jr made his famous “I Have a Dream” speech on August 28th, 1963 during the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom. One of his most famous lines from his speech is “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.”
