Britain and France declared war on turkey, because of the help given by turkey, because of the help given to the German attack on Russia. The German went through Belgium to France. It did not went smoothly as the Germans had hoped. The Belglum put up with a good fight put against German by destroying their supplies. Despite all of the attacks they continued to march into Frances. They were eventually halted by the allies s at the river Marne.
