Description:
Luna tried to inappropriately bring in evidence, he forgot documents and even showed up late to court. Luna got Warren Grace to confess to his plea deal violations. With his violations now on record and not previously submitted by Luna, the defense asked for a mistrial. Luna lied, claiming he had submitted the violations to the defense before trial. This forced the judge to consider a mistrial overnight and make the ruling the next day.
