Description:
In tandem with one another, Lillie and Finn lay down a proposal for the reconnaissance group. The idea is all Lillie's, but Finn is the one who has fine-tuned the details and calculated the funding for it. The Aerilonian Council collects their papers, and Florence promises to show it for the Taeran Council conference that runs from October 24-27.
