Description:
The WWF India town hall meetings brought together all staff to discuss the future development of the organisation. The meetings were energizing and fun and created a sense of ownership of change. According to the director of Programs for WWF India, the first town hall meeting generated a long "wish list", but little happened as a result. However, lessons were learned from the first town hall meeting that led to improvements in the second town hall meeting.
