Description:
Matrimony is the sacrament where a baptized man and a baptized woman promise to live in union with each other and Christ. This sacrament was said to be instituted on the Wedding of Cene. Now, couples can choose how many children to have, and even to have no children at all. If they were unhappy with each other, they could divorce. Back in Jesus’s time, couples did not have those rights.
