The Praxinoscope was invented by a French man called Emile Reynaud.His first project was a animated film but her first upgraded version of praxinoscope was realeased is at its own theater called 'Theater Optique'' at Musee Grevin in Paris.
ABOUT :
The Praxinoscope was translate from French means ''action viewer''. However the Praxinoscope was improved from Zoetoscope, but replace the slits with mirror so that image appears more or less stationary in position as the wheel is turning. It uses pictures which located in the inner surface of the spinning cylinder.
FUNCTION :
Just by looking at the mirror, you will see the motion of movements. Furthermore you will need to spin the Praxinoscope and look through the mirror to see the animation of sets of images.
