jan 1, 1832 - 1832 Micheal Faraday
Description:
In 1832, Micheal Faraday made one of the most important discoveries that led to an idea that atoms had an electrical component. He placed two opposite electrodes in water which contained a dissolved compound. He had observed that one of the elements of the dissolved compound, piled up on one electrode, and the other element was despised on the opposite electrode. Faraday found it clear that electrical forces were responsible for the joining of the atoms in compounds
