mar 3, 1918 - Treaty of Brest-Litovsk
Description:
A treaty organised by Germany, Russia and the central powers that ended Russia's participation in WW1. It was a harsh treaty that benefitted germany greatly and is often cited as a reason why the Treaty of versailles was so harsh as the Germans would have done the same to them. After the signing of the treaty of Versailles, the treaty if Brest-Litovsk was annulled and Germany was forced to give up all territorial gains made in the treaty.
