Zodiak's friend, Phoebe Parks works at Weinstock's firm.
Zodiak and Phoebe talked about personal matters and then Zodiak mentioned sending the complaint by email to Weinstock and that she had not heard anything from him.
Parks told Zodiak "not to worry about it" and that Weinstock "would handle it."
Parks never had a conversation with Weinstock about the lawsuit with Zodiak and never did any formal legal work fro Zodiak at Weinstock.
Parks has since left Weinstock's firm.
