Description:
Between going to a small school and intentionally surrounding myself with a small group of friends that I had known for a long time, I had trouble branching out beyond my known social circles and finding new friends. I have branched out more over the course of high school (especially in senior year) but in foreign social situations, I tend to get worried that I will be rejected when I try to expand my horizons and make new friends.
