Description:
The Mexican Revolution's main goal was to free the Mexicans from Porfirio Diaz's dictatorship. However, the revolution ended up bringing up a variety of economic, social, and political issues. There were various groups, led by revolutionaries such as Francisco Madero, Pascual Orozco, Pancho Villa and Emiliano Zapata, who participated in the long and costly conflict. After the overthrow of DIaz, a constitutional republic was formed.
