Significance: Joseph Groome is another well-known and well-liked staff member. After repeatedly being late and missing DJ shifts, he is let go.
Same Day: Program Director Jim Guiliano, Music Director Elizabeth McIntyre and Production Director Jackson Montgomery approaches General Manager Matt Fouty and states that they want Mr. Groome to return to the station regardless of his transgressions because they have had around 10 DJ's threatening to quit.
Result: Mr. Groome is hired back to U-92 FM and given one more chance.
