may 29, 2018 - Right shoulder impingement
Description:
Collided with someone in ultimate. My arm hurt to move at all after that. Especially overhead motion. Could feel my shoulder jostling out of place when I ran. Physio diagnosed as shoulder impingement. Has not been good to do any activity all summer.
When: Late May, 2018.
Cause: Collision in ultimate and then using it for a canoe trip 5 days later and playing ultimate.
