jan 16, 2018 - Multi-point Project Planning 1st Meeting

IN ATTENDANCE: Laurel Baker, Linda Perry, Mark Gandolfo, Nicole Allen, Alden Kamaunu, Maggie Ressel, Harry Thomas, and Evan Grill
-Walked through the space w/ all parties involved at the time.
-Main goal was to come up with a general order of operations to avoid complications causing delays to the customer.
-Maggie brought up that the reserves collection needed to be reduced in order to fit upstairs.
-Timeline established:
January - Harry to plan layout for space w/ production equipment
January/February - Harry would work w/ Alden to determine what shelving needed to be moved and Harry would also work with facilities for electrical and networking.
Before Spring Break - Nicole tasked to work with MCD for DVD case prep & Sierra status/notes. MCD agreed to have labels printed for Nicole by then.
Spring Break - Nicole tasked with changing Call #s during spring break
After Spring Break - Nicole to work with Maggie to separate popular DVDs from DVDs destined for MARS
End of Semester - Nicole to work with Veronica to get DVDs loaded onto book carts for MARS; POP DVDs to Maggie.
End of Semester - Alden to remove shelving.
End of Semester - Harry to move production equipment to 109.
